I am a private contractor specializing in concrete saw cutting, joint caulking, and equipment designing in my hometown of Augusta, Kansas. I have my own joint sealing company called KB Caulking and I have worked with my brother's concrete company, Rock Concrete for the last twenty years doing flatwork. This has provided me with a continuous landscape of concrete to create and perfect my trade. I have developed and streamlined many tools over these years and find reliability, adaptability, efficiency, and productivity to be at the forefront of what the tool can provide.
The key to having a manufacturer build a unique one-of-a-kind tool for the tradesman is having a patent, and understanding the need for such a tool with new capabilities. In this spirit, I am very proud of the backer rod installation tool, known as the "Rover" sold by Albion Engineering. Furthermore, it is my hopes the "SAWVAC 150" will be the new concrete saw of the future.
